As the rate of violent crime is increasing rapidly, the public attention for crime prevention are rising. In accordance with this concern, researchers are studying on ECC (Environmental Crime Control) which addresses the relations between crime and environmental elements, suggesting how to prevent crimes. This study analyzes everyday walking patterns of residents based on Routine Activity Theory to draw the frequency of streets used and the factors causing these results while relating them to fear of crime and CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design). Thus, it prioritizes CPTED factors and streets that need an application of CPTED efficiently. Since this study has been conducted on 20-30s female residents, who are a high-risk pool for crime and there is a lack of precedent studies on these subjects, this research can be a reference for future studies and policies about crime prevention.
